Dr.Booth and his entire team; specifically Christine, Tricia and my nurse Erin, were absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Booth and these ladies not only made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process, but also provided some amazing insight and advice that gave me the results I’ve dreamt of for most of my adult life. On top of that I had little to no pain post op, and I was able to get back to work within 2 days. Dr.Booth is a wizard, seriously. 10/10!!

I recently underwent breast augmentation surgery performed by Dr. Booth and I am thrilled with the results. From my initial consultation to post-operative care, Dr. Booth and his team exhibited professionalism, expertise, and genuine care, making my entire experience seamless and comfortable.

The process of pursuing an elective surgery, especially breasts, can be a very overwhelming and emotional journey. Dr. Justin Booth and his team made the entire process from consult to post operation seamless and smooth. Christine and Tricia do an exceptional job overseeing the process. They are both so knowledgeable, professional and (most importantly) relatable that it took away the uncomfortable feeling that I still felt throughout all of my other consults. During my consultation Dr. Booth took an entire hour with me detailing the surgery, possible options and the expected outcome. As soon as I left his office my intuition was he was the one. I continued to go for consults and nobody even came close to the approach and personal touch he had.

I am now 5 months post-op from a breast reduction and I could not be happier. I continually get complimented on how they look and what a difference in my appearance ir has made. His surgical technique was drain-less and he utilized surgical clips to help minimize the appearance of my scarring and prevent openings. Everything has been perfect and I wish I had done this sooner, but I believe I was just waiting to meet Dr. Booth and his team.

Later this month I have a consult so I can move forward with a tummy ruck and I know that experience will be just as flawless. Take this as your sign to book that consult and go meet him for yourself, you will be just as impressed as I am.

Being a 60+ year old woman, I felt self-conscious and possible a bit silly for choosing to do this procedure at this stage in my life. Dr. Booth, as well as his amazing staff, made me feel welcome, comfortable, at ease and worthy to be making this decision for myself even at my age. I also felt very heard and seen. Dr. Booth answered all of my questions with detailed answers, never making me feel as though I was taking too much of his time. He even made my sweet husband feel very heard with what seemed like the million questions he asked. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery and would 100% recommend Dr. Booth to anyone thinking of having cosmetic surgery. He is amazing.

From start to finish Dr. Booth and his team gave me the best experience I have ever had in any medical office. I always felt loved and cared for. Over the last year I have lost 65+ lbs. While I was very proud of myself I was still lacking in the confidence of my body. Dr. Booth and his team gave me what I was looking for and more! I can’t thank them enough! I am more than satisfied!

There are not sufficient words that can convey how fantastic Dr. Booth is, and, all of his staff, but, I will try: Dr. Booth's expertise in my breast reconstruction was phenomenal - his work on me was the last of a long line (4 previous) surgeries that were less than stellar. The outcome I received/Dr. Booth's modern operating and reconstruction methods have resulted in nothing short of life-changing outcomes for me/the way my breasts look very natural and well, great... as a 25 year breast cancer survivor, that is a HUGE statement. I expected a satisfactory outcome - I was blown away (and so was his staff) what he actually pulled off. I feel like I have my life back now... his staff are organized, prompt, fun/upbeat people too. They do a lot of aesthetic work and I will be back for other non-breast reconstruction services because I know that the Austin Plastic Surgery Institute is THE place to go for the utmost quality outcomes. I highly recommend both Dr. Booth and the Austin Plastic Surgery Institute - because I am living proof that things can ultimately work out, if you find the right professionals and you stay positive.

I’ve been struggling to write this because writing it makes it all so real. This isn’t coming from someone who is simply unsatisfied with the results and was expecting something different. This is coming from someone who is completely devastated emotionally and physically by improperly performed surgery. I am Botched. Something I NEVER thought would happen to me, happened to me. Heartbroken doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. I suffer from emotional distress day and night because of the outcomes of this surgery. I knew something was wrong immediately, once I was able to remove my compression garment and shower for the first time. I paid Booth approximately 24k for lipo 360 and bodytite. I was not fat, I just had some insecurities about my body. I was looking for a little touch up. What I received was asymmetry throughout every area he touched, lumps and large indentations where he was overly aggressive. There is not one aspect of my body that is improved. On the contrary, my body is WORSE. Staff tried to convince me that everything I was seeing, all my concerns, were normal and I just needed to heal. I also have disgusting scars, poorly sutured scars in OBVIOUS parts of my body. For reference, I have old surgical scars that are perfectly healed and practically nonexistent. I was not informed that scars would be placed all over, throughout the targeted areas. I was under the impression that scars would be in creases, AS MOST PLASTIC SURGEONS ATTEMPT TO DO! The worst part of all of this is my butt that has since fallen down the back of my legs, I have a seroma that has never healed, and I have SEVERE CHRONIC PAIN, bilaterally in this area. I told him specifically I did not want this to happen. He was overly aggressive in so many areas and then barely touched others. It’s gross negligence and shows lack of skill. I feel like I was practiced on by a resident. This is how terrible my body looks. When I finally broke my silence and stated all the ways he ruined my body, I was not offered my money back. Instead I was fed some line about “I know Austin is far.” It’s not far and distance has NOTHING to do with the terrible outcome of this surgery.
I will ultimately end up spending even more money on reconstructive surgery. What I’ve been told so far is that I will NEVER look normal again and if they can help me it will take 4 to 5 surgeries to slightly help improve the appearance of my body. I have multiple sleepless nights. My anxiety is constant and overwhelming. I avoid mirrors and I seek ways to hide my body. It’s actually very hard to hide what was done to me with clothes. It’s evident in leggings and crop tops.
I don’t want to hear any excuses. Especially when the results have been evaluated by other surgeons and they all respond in the same manner. I was Botched.
