Coming to a conclusion on if I want to go through with implants, been to 3 consults. I have moderate tuberous breasts. A cup, 5’6”, 157 lbs, 25 years old. Big fear is about permanent nipple sensation loss. May need Ariola reduction with smaller implant. I understand nothing is certain, but is it more than a 4% chance I have permanent nipple sensation loss? How common is permanent with small / tuberous breasts? Looking at 285, 300, 320, ccs.Goal is to be big B/ small C. 335 too much?

Based on your photos you have grade II ptosis and a breast lift would be necessary. If you want additional volume then an implant would be necessary as well.
