Hello everyone! I am in my mid twenties and am looking into the best options for correcting the asymmetry between my breasts. I do not plan on getting implants as I would like to stick to the most natural options. My goal is for my areolas to be in line with one another as well as my left breast to be fuller. After doing some research, I am considering getting a lift of my right breast along with a transfer of fat to my left breast. Would this help me achieve the look I am going for?
Answer: Breasts Correcting breast asymmetry can be achieved through a variety of techniques, and a combination of procedures may be necessary to achieve the desired results. Based on your description and photos, it looks like a breast lift of your right breast and a fat transfer to your left breast could be a good option for you. A breast lift, also known as a mastopexy, can improve the shape and position of the breast by removing excess skin and reshaping the breast tissue. This can help to lift and reposition the nipple and areola, and create a more youthful, symmetrical appearance. A breast lift alone may not address the issue of volume asymmetry, however. A fat transfer, also known as fat grafting, involves harvesting fat from one area of the body and transferring it to another. This can be an effective way to increase volume and improve symmetry in the breasts, without the need for implants. However, it's important to note that the results of fat transfer can be unpredictable and may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results. It's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience with breast surgery to determine the best course of action for your individual needs and concerns. They can assess your breast anatomy, discuss your options, and help you develop a customized treatment plan that will help you achieve your goals.

Answer: Asymmetry There are various ways to improve asymmetry. You can reduce the larger breast to better match the smaller one. You can add volume to the smaller breast via fat grafting or an implant. A lift will correct the nipple position of the drooping breast. Implants are likely necessary if you are looking for upper pole fullness. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Breast reduction and breast lift Thanks for your question! I understand you are looking to get your breasts more symmetrical and fuller. I think you would have better success lifting them both and reducing the right to match the left. However, if you are adamant about fat grafting, I would suggest finding a surgeon that is experienced in this surgery. Good luck!

Answer: Bellesoma Method & mini lift The technique I recommend on the larger breast is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without an implant, elevate it higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. On the smaller breast, I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed to match the larger breast. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
