You will need a 500 550 implants to have that look that you want, and the implant most be under the breast tissue, at the beginning they look upper and with time they willHang the way that you want
Hello, when you are looking at wish photos, it is always best to look at before/after photos of real surgical patients, to make sure their preoperative appearance is similar to yours. Implants essentially enhance your existing breasts and will not completely change their shape. For example, if your breasts are small and tight, implants will not create a sagging look. In terms of sizing, the best way to reach your desired look is to discuss your goals in-person with a surgeon. They will typically take detailed measurements to ensure the implants match your body dimensions, then use other aids (like sizers, 3D imaging, etc) to give you an idea of the final result.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accurately estimate implant size without taking breast measurements. A detailed in person exam is necessary. The good news is, having goal photos will be very helpful for your surgeon.
Thank you for the question. The pictures you show are mostly of women with natural large chests some of which have had breast augmentations as well. These are fairly unrealistic goals for a smaller chest patient who wants an augmentation but they do help the plastic surgeon to understand what you desire. I find the most effective way to achieve a more natural breast augmentation is through the use of a textured anatomic implant. Check out my Instagram (drwheelerpsnw) to see lots of examples. No one can accurately tell you a cc volume without seeing you in person and trying on sizes/measuring your chest.
Dear Considerate782592,breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thanks so much for reaching out. Do you have some degree of a tubers breast. And the most important things in managing your expectations. Your breast will never look like the breast in the second picture. The lower portion of the breast is under developed in your case and a little restricted. Implants will help. But to get to that size you would need an implant greater than 400 cc. I hope this helps.
I would meet with a board-certified plastic surgeon and after being measured, try on a variety of sizes so you can actually see what you will like. You will not look like the second photo because of your breasts shape.
The two "desired" photos you submitted are different looks. If you are wanting to achieve a D cup it appears that is a realistic goal. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. You can discuss your goals for surgery and measurements will be done of your breasts. Together you and your surgeon can select an implant. I've included a video on this process that I hope you find helpful.
The two desired wish pics are quite different. The first is obviously implants with some lower pole fullness. The second are beautiful natural breasts with some breast tissue ptosis (droopiness of the breast tissue not the nipple/areolar). Your before pictures cannot be used. We require upright naked breast photos with a frontal and then side views to better evaluate and postulate the accurate answers you desire.Best wishes.Dr. Taranow
Hi & thanks for your question! If having a breast augmentation prior to your wedding will make you feel better, then it is worth it. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Best wishes!
I would avoid Advil because of the blood thinning properties. Your surgeon could prescribe a nonnarcotic like Tordol or Gabapentin and a muscle relaxer.
We are all asymmetrical to some degree and yours isn't too bad. The shift could be from the skin envelope not being strong enough to support the implant. You may be a candidate for mesh to give better support. You could consider possibly a smaller implant. Always be sure to use a good...
