Call to make an assessment we need to see before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures send contact your provider and ask them to forward the ones they took.

In regards to the outcome of your procedure I suggest you follow up with your provider and have him or her address your concerns.

There are a few things based on the limited information posted.

Cellulite and cellulite is typically made worse from fat transfer.

It looks like you may have had fat removed from your outer thigh perhaps to make your bottom look bigger?

I could be wrong but I don’t care for that approach to the BBL. I refer to the outcome as a “lollipop butt” end it takes away from natural S curves that most attractive women have.

Consider re-posting with proper before and after pictures. Follow up with your provider guide if that does not get you resolution then schedule proper in person second opinion consultations with other local board-certified plastic surgeons will have extensive experience with both Liposuction and fat transfer. When scheduling second opinion consultations patient spring before and after pictures and a copy of the operative report which is available to you if you contact your provider.
