My right eye is more open than my left one, why is that? (Photo)

What minor asymmetry you have is completely within normal limits. Did not seek any surgical correction for this.

you have a very mild asymmetry of the eyelids, with a little bit of extra skin on the right.  There is no difference in the height of the two lids.  The extra skin may just be a normal variant, or you may have a slightly lower brow on this side which is causing the extra fold.  It is minor - could be corrected with small skin incision if it really bothers you.

Drooping of the lid is known as ptosis. Ptosis correction is a very specialised and difficult procedure. It would be very difficult to achieve a correction of the small amount you need and could very easily be overdone so I would leave it alone for now
