20 y/o. Is there any treatment for my ears? They are different size, shape, and I have harder hearing out of the left. (photos)

As seen from the two photos, my ears are very different by size and shape. I have had this issue since birth and its something that has really destroyed by self confidence and worsened my hearing abilities. I feel my overall hearing is not too bad but my left ear struggles a lot for hearing. I believe my ear canal in much smaller or my left side as I do not hear nearly as good through it. Things like rubbing thumb and index finger can not be heard from left side and also whispering. Age: 20.
