20 y/o. Is there any treatment for my ears? They are different size, shape, and I have harder hearing out of the left. (photos)

Although most ears are asymmetric, I can appreciate the issues that you are concerned with. You have a prominent inferior crus of your anti helix on the left with an hypoplastic superior crus.  This can be addressed with an otoplasty, by reducing the inferior crus and creating more of a fold with the superior crus.  
Otoplasty is a surgical technique used to correct prominent and/or asymmetric ears.  Multiple techniques are used depending upon the goals of surgery. This surgery can be performed from childhood through adulthood. Results are immediate and noticeable. In your consultation with your surgeon, make sure you are very specific as to what bothers you about the appearance of each ear.  Ears are complex structures.  There isn't just one technique that addresses each issue. Seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with external ear surgery. 
Finally, hearing issues usually do not arise from external ear asymmetries.  If you are concerned about your hearing, you should obtain a formal hearing evaluation to confirm.

It appears from the photograph that you have a left sided microtia. You were born with a slightly underdeveloped left ear. This is often associated with hearing loss. It is impossible to make the ears exactly the same through any kind of surgery (nobody has identical ears n any case). I think that your hearing issues need to be addressed first. You need a full ear examination and a hearing assessment in order to see what is the best option for treating your problem.
