Otoplasty and rhinoplasty in the same surgery? (photo)

Often cartilage is harvested from the ear in certain types of rhinoplasty. Seek specialist assessment from a fully accredited surgeon with experience in this area.

Thank you for your query. Prominent ears are a cause of concern for many patients and they are easily corectable.
IT is perfectly fine to combine an otoplasty with a rhinoplasty. IT might even help the rhinoplasty if cartilage is needed from the ear
I would suggest you meet a well trained plastic surgeon who would be able to treat your needs

I don't see any medical reason why otoplasty cannot be done with a rhinoplasty.  In fact, if cartilage needs to be harvested for your rhinoplasty - the ear is one possible harvest site.
Multiple procedures always add time to an operative session, but as neither of these two involve significant blood loss or fluid shifts, it should be safe.
Change is difficult, and make sure you have a good support network to help with the emotions that can be a normal part of recovery.
