Bulging and uneven eyes - how to fix? (photos)

Hello, My two eyes are quite noticabely different size and I not sure if this is due to the actual size of the eyes or my eyelids. Also my eyes seem to bulge quite a bit. I should mention that I have marfan's syndrome, although not sure if that is relevant.

A small amount of Restylane in each under eyelid nasal region may add volume to your area of concern in the lower eyelids. I would leave the upper eyelids alone.

The under eye area is a common location of concern for patients. This is generally due to herniation of fat from the orbit causing "bags." Surgery or filler is an option for most patients. It appears you have right upper lid ptosis that makes the eyes look asymmetric. This can be fixed with surgery. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.
