I am considering lower blepharoplasty to remove my eyebags. I am very concerned about my eyes changing their shape following the procedure. The plastic surgeon I would like to do it with wants to use transconjunctival approach. I still saw some reports of eyelid retraction even using this procedure. How common is it to happen? I am 34 years old with no underlying conditions. However, I had ocular rosacea in the past treated with antibiotics. I hate the eyebags but I love the shape of my eyes
