My under eyes bulge out and I want to fix it

The under eye area is a common location of concern for patients. This is generally due to herniation of fat from the orbit causing "bags." Surgery or filler is an option for most patients. In your particular case, botox to the under eye muscle may improve the perceived bag. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.
