What bra size would 850cc's give me and would it look good?

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. While there are certainly more complications associated with such large implants, if you are a patient with a larger breast width, looser skin, and little existing breast tissue, then a bigger implant might better accommodate the breast size you are hoping to obtain. Although a specific bra size is not determined by implant size alone,your cup size would certainly be larger than a D with 850cc implants. Be mindful that implant extrusion and possible sagging of the breasts may occur long-term if you choose to have larger implants. I suggest you schedule an appointment an American Society of Plastic Surgery certified physician for top results. 

There is really no way to tell if you this will work without an exam.  I will say that 800 cc implants are not typically beneficial due to their size and weight over the long haul.

850cc is a pretty large implant size. Not knowing your breast dimensions but just going on your height/weight, I’d say that would give you a significant increase. However, I can’t say what your cup size would be because bra manufacturers make cup sizes differently. A C cup from one manufacturer could be a D cup from another. That’s why it’s better to go by look rather than cup size. Try a sizer on and then see if you like how you look, instead of checking your bra size.

with your 850 cc implants and if use of sizers or 3D imaging allowed you to see how you will look, and it was acceptable, you will look 'good'.  You will be much larger than your current size.

It is very hard to make a recommendation without a photo or a consult, but it sounds like you want a lot of projection.  The size really has a lot to do with your base width, which we do not know.  Seeing photos of patients you like would help also

The only thing certain is that if you go from 425 to 850, your breasts will be VERY LARGE.  This has been associated with increased breast sagging, capsular conjecture, and the feeling to the nipples.  In addition, the implants may ripple or become more visible.  Since there is no true standard when it comes to bra sizes, it's most likely that if you go from one bra store to another, you will be called a different cup size.When choosing implants, it's important to pay attention to the whole picture and seek the advice of a good surgeon, and far less important to fixate on a particular size of implant.  If you were buying a house, would you want a great looking 2500 square foot house or a run-down, shabby-looking 5000 square foot one?Best wishes,RM

850 cc implants are quite large and not recommended for the majority of women. Hard to predict cup size by volume of implant.  Good luck.

There are no uniform definitions of cup size, so guessing your outcome in terms of a letter would be just that--a guess.  If you want to see how it may look, fill some tow stockings with 425 cc each of  raw rice, and use that to pad a stretchable sports bra. See what you think of the size.Be aware that the implant and breast related complications are magnified with these very large implants.
