I'm 3 weeks po and I got 400cc hp silicon. Since day 5 when the bandages came of I noticed that one of my incisions was on my breast rather than the crease ( left) while my right incision was right on the crease. I also noticed that the left one was a little lower and has gradually gotten worse. I'm worried that I'm bottoming out or that the pockets were made wrong. What could this be and what would be the fix??? I'm very worried.

Answer: Please see your surgeon as your surgeon should still be managing your recovery and providing you instructions on what and what not to do to help you achieve the best results possible. You can get opinions from the gallery but its still your surgeon that should be most motivated for you to have a great result. So let your surgeon ally your concerns and worries so you can focus on healing. BTW, very rarely are incisions perfectly symmetrical. I ask my patients to focus on how the upper poles heal since that is what the public will be seeing. If you do develop asymmetry, you will have to decide on which breast you like better before pursuing revisions.

Answer: Uneven breasts If your implants were place behind the muscle you are little early to be concerned. It is not uncommon for one implant to drop first especially on the opposite side of your hand dominance. If you are right handed the right side tends to stay up longer. I would give your implants a chance to settle for at least 6 months. Another thing to consider is the your asymmetry of your folds before the surgery. Was one of your folds higher to begin with?
