The PICO laser (using a 532 AND 755 hand pieces) would be the best option for your tattoo removal. You typically need to wait 3-6 months after getting a tattoo to begin treatment. The 755 hand piece would treat the blue and the 532 hand piece would treat the other colors. Everyone responds differently to the treatment. Results and fading varies with every patient as well, depending on how long the tattoo has been there, what kind of ink was used, and how deep the tattoo artist went..etc. The personnel performing the procedure will assess each time you are being treated and adjust the laser according to how you are responding to treatment. Hi and thank you for your question and photos! You are still in a very early stage of your recovery. It is normal for the breast implants to sit high at first, they will settle with time and proper post operative care. Some physicians use a breast strap to help keep the implants in proper position. Consult your surgeon about this and see if he/she feels it is a good idea. Pain and discomfort in one breast more than the other is normal after a breast augmentation. One side may heal or feel differently than the other. The body is asymmetrical in general and will not heel symmetrically. Perfect symmetry 3 weeks post op is unrealistic and you need to do what your Plastic Surgeon advised, and wait for the breast to settle more. Nothing looks of concern but remember to voice your concerns with your surgeon at your appointments so he/she can assess them and reassure you everything is healing properly. Best of luck to you!

Considering you have fair skin, both incisions would result in minimally visible scarring. I personally prefer the inframammary incision because the incisions hides well underneath the breast, where as the peri-areolar incision is visible. Also, using this incision avoids cutting directly through breast tissue and can decrease risk of losing nipple sensation. Looking at your existing scar to the right breast, you appear to heal well overall. That being said, I believe that you could go with either and still acheive an optimal result.

Having a filler, such as, Juvederm Ultra (a hyaluronic acid base filler), to your lips would help give you a more youthful and rejuvenated look. Botox can run anywhere from $10-$15/unit. Usually if a physician is performing the treatment, the price will be on the higher side. Some nurses are trained to perform the treatment and don’t charge as much. Be sure that the person performing the treatment has received proper training to do so.
