I had a rhinoplasty at 17 due to a injury and my septum needed to be fixed. Took 6 tries for the doctors to get my nose somewhat straight. They also said they reshaped my tip. I know the skin was pulled back for the surgery. Recently I noticed a small white circle tint of skin on the left tip of my nose. When you touch it, feels like a hard bump. Can't see the bump, but to me the white skin is visible. I asked a nose specialist last year and he said he thought it was normal. It bothers me though
