Significant breast sagging at 21 years old. Which procedure would benefit me and will I have permanent scars? (photos)

Your breasts have ptosis--descent of the breast gland below the fold where the breast meets the chest wall. I'd suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals....a breast lift could potentially move your nipple vertically up, tighten the skin envelope, and internally rearrange the breast tissue to produce more central fullness.
Yes, there will be scars, and scars are permanent. You would be accepting breast scars for an improved shape and position of your breasts.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

You are a good candidate fir breast lift. The lift dies involve scars that are impossible to avoid. I would not put an implant in however. The implant complicated things tremendously.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question. You are a good candidate and would benefit from a breast lift. Depending on how much volume and fullness you are seeking, in auto augmentation mastopexy, or breast lift, can fill in the upper pole of your breast. Unfortunately, the trade-off is always better shape for scars. Fortunately, scars on the breast tend to heal very well. Good luck.

You are a great candidate for a breast lift to fully lift the nipples and areolae as well as the entire breast tissue. A breast lift does come with permanent scars that are around the areola, straight down, and under the fold of the breast. This is an anchor type pattern. Scars fade with time but they never completely go away.

There is no doubt that you will benefit from breast lift. We preffer vertical technique which creates lollipop type of scar; in your case, considering significant ptosis, most likely an anchor typ of scar will be needed. Scar is well hidden and worth of benefit you will see with lift result. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast lift/reduction is recommended. Hi, thanks for the question and photos. You are a candidate for mastopexy or breast lift and breast augmentation. Your age is an advantage to getting excellent results. Breast lift is a procedure to eliminate saggy skin, lift the nipples to make them look upwards, and get the breast in its place. Besides, you can have breast augmentation with implants to give the shape and volume you may want. You'll have scars. But a good surgeon will hide them in the natural folds of the breast, around the nipples, and behind your underwear or bikini top. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!
