Thank you for your question. Asymmetric nostril with small right nostril seems to be related to columella deviation, and columella devaition is presumed to be related to caudal septal deviation. After all, septal correction and columella deviation correction are essential for the correction of nostril asymmetry(small nostril on right side). It is not possible to make the left and right nostril shapes perfectly the same, but I think you can expect relatively good results.
