I have had Rhinoplasty for two times and the last one was done 8 months ago. It was done for deviated septum. Right now from sides it looks fine but my right nostril is very small. Is it going to be fixed or do I need another procedure.

Answer: Your nostrils cannot get perfectly same, butyou can expect a good result.
I would wait at least 16 to 18 months before contemplating a revision surgery on the nasal tip. I would also go back and discuss with your surgeon whether any tip surgery was done or not. If no tip surgery was done, the tip should go back to its original position with time.
Hi nancj1996,
Thanks for submitting your photos and asking intelligent questions. Hanging columella can happen after rhinoplasty surgery and there are options to improve it. I would need to examine your nose and feel the septum. Hanging columella can be improved by suturing the columella...

Best of luck,
