If rasping techniques were used at rhinoplasty surgery, as they often are, you may have developed 'callus' (healing bone) formation at that site - now visible to you as a 'new big bump' under the skin. Expert in-person clinical assessment, informed by an operation record, would be suggested as a first step. In the first instance, conservative treatments (massage and time) may then have some useful effect; if not, then further rasping may ultimately be required, followed by careful post-operative management.
