The only method that can significantly correct facial sagging is a face lift.Non-invasive methods usually have very small results. On the other hand, what I see in the photos is that you don't have a very high degree of sagging, which is why I believe that a face lift would not greatly improve your face at this time. Non-invasive methods that improve skin quality might be more suitable for you.Such methods include fractional laser, needle RF, peels, boosters, and various others.
Given your age and the visible skin laxity in both the jowl and neck areas as seen in your photos, I believe that surgical intervention is necessary to achieve meaningful and lasting results. In cases like yours, I recommend a deep plane faceliftcombined with a neck lift. The deep plane facelift allows me to reposition not just the skin but also the deeper facial structures, which results in a more natural and longer-lasting outcome—particularly effective for improving jowls. The neck lift addresses excess skin and muscle laxity in the neck, helping to redefine the jawline. Non-surgical treatments are generally insufficient at this stage, so the most appropriate course of action would be an in-person consultation to assess your anatomy and develop a personalized surgical plan.
You have a couple of options. You could either just work on saving for the facelift because that would be the option to definitively address your concerns. OR, if you want to do something 'immediate', then your best options would be a combo of botox/filler. Botox/neurotoxin for the lower face/neck to give a little bit of a lift and relieve some of the downward pull. Filler to address volume loss.
Based off your photos - you do see some jowling on both sides with some degree of neck skin laxity. If you aren't ready for a full face lift - there are procedures that can be done that doesn't involve the traditional face lift incision but more modified. A midface lift can be approached through the temporal area and help pull up some of the jowling as well as re-drape your cheeks slightly back onto your cheek bones. Some fat grafting to the mid face area would be an added benefit during this procedure. If the neck still has a lot of laxity - a posterior ear incision can be made to help contour the neck skin and hiding the scar behind the ear and into the hairline (to avoid the traditional facelift scar). There a definitely other procedures that can be added to help rejuvenate the face without jumping into a full facelift - seek out a few surgeons for different opinions and make an educated decision based off your most comfortable evaluation.
Our skin resurfacing package includes Morpheus/ Quantum/ and medium TCA peel to the face, neck and chest and makes such a great improvement under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort. Cost is roughly $6500 on special.
Based on these photos, it is my impression that extended posterior neck lift with scar placed behind the ear and underneath the chin would be a good option. Even better would be lower face-neck lift. Purpose of these procedures in your age is not to make you look much younger but to slightly improve and keep that result for good 10-12 years. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in face-neck lifts is recommended. Good luck.
Based on your nasty series supposed to photos the only option that is non-facelift is the use of the Endo laser for face neck up to two treatments one treatment under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation fee $6000-$8000. Impossible repeat Endo surgery at six weeks to two months for a better results. Best of virtual consult with to get a better understanding. Regards.
From the photos, you really need a good lower face/neck lift and be sure to get it done under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort if you want quality results.
It is very likely that you may need an open neck revision. It may be too early to do it know. I would wait at lest 5-6 months until scars soften and then proceed with next step. Occasional Botox injections and possibly diluted corticosteroid injections as well as massage may be considered in the...
Without knowing the specifics of what was done, surgically speaking, it is difficult to say what the best course for you would be. However, based on your photos alone- I would say you would likely benefit from a revisionary surgery. I would recommend meeting with plastic surgeon with expertise...
