Post face and neck lift - Can skin tightening help these results or do I need a revision? (Photos)

Had deep plane face lift and neck lift in Dec 2024. Is this something that can be easily fixed with just some skin tightening or do I ineed a revision. I also have large submandibular glands although during initial surgery they were reduced somewhat.
