Post face and neck lift - Can skin tightening help these results or do I need a revision? (Photos)

Had deep plane face lift and neck lift in Dec 2024. Is this something that can be easily fixed with just some skin tightening or do I ineed a revision. I also have large submandibular glands although during initial surgery they were reduced somewhat.

It is very likely that you may need an open neck revision. It may be too early to do it know. I would wait at lest 5-6 months until scars soften and then proceed with next step.
