I am in very good shape with very little fat. Doing a very small area under bellybutton. The doctor said it was a small area, but I am afraid of dimpling after procedure. How common is the stippling affect? I have an old scar indent from a previous TT so was hoping removal of small layer of fat will make it less noticeable.

If the applicators are applied correctly to the treatment area, you should have uniform results that will not cause any 'dimpling' or 'stippling'.
