I am very happy with the tumescent liposuction results. It got rid of the muffin top around my waste. My clothes are fitting better again. I actually went down a size in the compression garment after 6 weeks as I to healed and my skin conformed to my new shape. I was surprised how fast my recovery was. Thank you to Dr. Ball and his staff for their expertise and kind care.
Dr Ball had told me about this procedure that was easier than lipo but with the same or better results, and I could be awake for the procedure. I scheduled with his office for an appointment the next week. I am so very glad I did it!! Dr Ball and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I was awake and talking during the whole procedure. Actually cracking jokes and getting to know the staff. Dr Ball made sure to ask if I was having any discomfort continuously throughout the procedure, which I was not. After healing time my stomach no longer has that "pooch" that we women seem to have after multiple pregnancies!! This is the first time I have had a flat stomach in more years than I can say and I have Dr Ball to thank for that! No diet could/would ever do what Dr Ball has done for me. I would recommend Dr Ball and his practice to all.
I have always had issues with the appearance of my vagina. Not that I didn't love it, but I wanted it to be tighter and have a nicer appeal. First, this clinic is so nice. The office staff were all friendly (and female, not that that matters but with this subject it helped! ) they were very respectful with what I was there for and my wait time was really short. Dr. Ball went into detail of what I was to expect after talking to me about all my history and desired outcome was. THIS WAS SO EASY. the treatment itself did not hurt at all, I was surprised when they said I was done! and I noticed the tightness the second I stood up! it was awesome. im so happy that I did all three treatments because the first treatment did kind of go away fast. but it has been months after the last treatment and it still looks and feels a lot better. I am very happy that I finally did this for myself and will definitely keep up on the maintenance treatments which are 8 months to a year after or as needed.
I went in for the TruSculpt iD treatment on my stomach and love handles. My expectations were pretty low but with my wedding coming up, I figured I'd give it a try & SO happy that I did! The results were so good & I'm ready to go back in for more asap. Dr. Ball & his staff are welcoming, informative & there is hardly any wait time. The office is really clean & beautiful, with so many different services. I will definitely be back for my touch ups & probably more! I'm so glad I found this little gem in Surprise!!!
Since having two kids vaginally, I have not loved the appearance of my vagina as well as the dull sensations. After a lot of researching, Dr. Ball was my #1 choice. They offered me a free consultation to ask honest and necessary questions to serif I was a good fit for this procedure. I was walked through the clinic and introduced to the female staff who would be assisting with my treatment. I bought the package of 3+1 and have had 2 procedures. I am amazed by how tight not only the internal walls are, but the outside appearance is so much tighter too! The procedure wasn't at all painful, there was no down time and I felt the results immediately. I am a huge fan of this procedure and this clinic! They also have weight loss programs, IV Therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy too!
Thanks for your question about truSculpt iD treatment. When looking to do CoolSculpting, please be aware of the potential complications associated with 'cooling' fat in the body. One of the most problematic being 'paradoxical adipose hyperplasia,' which is a complication of the fat tissue treated becoming enlarged over time. When using radio-frequency heat with truSculpt iD, the adipose tissue is liquefied and then then needs to be cleared out of the body, but will not have the same issues seen with the cold treatment. You will see much better results with fat reduction, as well skin tightening from truScuplt iD.
Thank you for your question regarding the 'safe' amount of truSculpt iD treatments that can be done. The benefit on this radio-frequency heat treatment is that it is very safe, quick and effective at fat removal. There can be some concerns about each patient will heal if there are too may areas done at one time. At Reflexion Medical, we recommend to any patients to have only a maximum of 12 applicators (6 applicators is a full treatment) to be done at the same time. The same area cannot be treated during the same session, but can be treated again after full healing time of 12 weeks. The body does need to clear out the fat that is being melted, and by doing too many treatments at the same session, one may experience some problems that may be unhealthy, so best to not do to many treatments at the same time. We can treat different areas after 12 applicators have been done in a single session, 4 weeks apart, again as long as it is a different area of the body being treated.
Thanks for your question. It can be a challenge for you to determine yourself if your areas treated are still retaining fluid or if this is fat that was not removed from your treatment. Although some areas can take longer than 3 months to heal, some even up to 12 months, we always require our patients to continue with a compression garment as long as tolerated. Gradually increasing activity at 3 months is also recommended, which will help improve blood flow and healing. If you continue to experience concerns, follow up with your provider is always a good idea to have your concerns addressed.
Thanks for your question. These types of complications are completely normal and part of the healing process from having this type of procedure done. I always encourage patients to continue with manual massage to these areas, which can be done with an ice pack to help reduce the sensitivity experienced. As you continue to heal, these should resolve but if you continue to experience problems, then scheduling a follow up visit with your treating provider is justified.
Thanks for your question and photo. This is one of the major concerns we see from our patients following a procedure with us. Although this may look bad and everyone has their own experience with recovery, it is not uncommon to see large hematoma develop in any area, especially the thighs and lower Abdomen. I am sure you have been seen for follow up at this point, but healing time can also vary for individuals and the area will eventually heal and have normal tissue recovery. I typically recommend that patient's use heat and light massage to assist with resolving these concerns, and if incisions are fully closed then can do warm baths, or if there are still open wounds from incisions, then use of warm compresses will assist with the healing.
