Thank you for your question, Micro-needling improves the overall skin quality, but does not add volume to the face. It sounds like micro-needling would be an effective way to reach your goals. Be sure to see an expert. Best, Scott Grevey, M.D.
Thank you for your question, Although it is difficult to determine the size of the scar based on the photo provided, it is likely that this scar could be revised by surgical excision. This would replace the burn scar with a fine line. You could then revise further using laser, microneedling with prp, or a combination of both. Results will vary depending on the provider and your individual healing process. I would recommend seeing a physician that specializes in reconstruction. Best, Scott Grevey, M.D.
Thank you for your question, Moles should be evaluated in person in order to determine the best method for removal. Your dermatologist should discuss the expected outcome of any recommended methods as well as the risks and recovery period. Be sure to see someone who has cosmetic experience in this area given the location. Best, Scott Grevey, M.D.
Thank you for your question, I would recommend following up with your provider as soon as possible. Although some people tend to swell or bruise more easily than others it is not typical to have prominent swelling at injection sites 2 days later. If you experience any other symptoms such as redness, warmth or if your swelling worsens seek medical attention. Best, Scott Grevey, M.D.
Thank you for your question and photo, tru Sculpt iD allows for hands-free body sculpting in as little as 15 minutes using therapeutic radio frequency. This heat radiates from the point of placement allowing for a feathering effect, and should not cause dimpling. The applicators should be placed some distance from your scar in order to help disguise it. Some patients start to notice results as soon as as 4 weeks, but full results can take up to 12 weeks. Best of Luck! Scott Grevey, M.D.
