Will this treatment smooth out lumpy lipo on front of thighs?

Thank you for your question, non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. If there is a lot of skin laxity, a thigh lifting procedure performed at the same time as hi definition liposuction like VASER HI DEF would give the most improvement. Other options for skin tightening would be a combination approach with vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave.
