Will this treatment smooth out lumpy lipo on front of thighs?

I had thigh liposuction 4 years ago and the results were disappointing. My thighs are not smooth and appear bumpy. I know I could never expect perfection but I was wondering if this treatment could smooth them out a bit?I do notice that when I lose weight in my legs the bumpiness is less noticeable but water weight or slight weight gain makes them more obvious.

Thank you for your question, non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. If there is a lot of skin laxity, a thigh lifting procedure performed at the same time as hi definition liposuction like VASER HI DEF would give the most improvement. Other options for skin tightening would be a combination approach with vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. Trusculpt3D might help to improve the "lumps", but quite possible you have scar tissue that will not be removed or changed by the procedure. You do not have warranties that the lumps will resolve completely.
