My first revision required ear cartilage grafts, so my question is how long is an appropriate time to wait for a second revision. It's been 22 months, and I still wake up in the morning with a swollen tip that subsides by 5pm each day, so if I am still swelling from the first revision, should I wait longer for another revision? I have an inverted v deformity (confirmed by a surgeon), and my tip is too high, plus my columella scar needs revision.
