How much butt size increase (in inches) can I expect with a safe BBL? with say transfer of 750 cc on each butt, and say 50% of the transferred fat gets absorbed by the body?

It's hard to say an exact number of how much fat will be injected in a BBL, many factors can affect such as: the amount of fat obtained with liposuction, the quality of the fat, how much your buttocks can accept, etc. Sometimes up to 30% of the fat is reabsorbed, but it usually grows back after the swelling process is over.

Every patient is unique, and every buttocks augmentation procedure (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is customized to fit every single patient’s needs and expectations. In total, surgeons may safely remove up to 5 liters of fat (4 liters maximum in states such as New York and Florida) during VASER liposuction while carefully sculpturing the patient’s body to ensure optimal aesthetics. After the purification process, only 500cc to 1500cc of that fat will be injected into each butt cheek. A highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeon will achieve around 65% to 85% survival rate of the fat cells, and the rest will be harmlessly reabsorbed by the body. Hi. First of all you do not have so many fat deposits as to get 750 CC for each butt. But you may get the curves by performing a Tummy Tuck + Lipo + Brazilian Butt Lift. I do not think you have 33 inches in your waist. So your body contour proportions will signicantly improve with the procedure suggested towards the ideal shape you are looking for.
