I have been working hard to lift it, but in doing butt workouts my thighs have bulked out with little improvement in my butt not "sagging". I have permanent "u" under each cheek, including white lines from where the sun doesn't shine. How can I lift it- will sculptra work? BBL? A lift? I am 29 so a lift seems extreme if I won't be able to sit normally in my future or have to keep getting it every 5 years. Is it due to my hip shape, fat or muscle?

Thank you for your question.I suggest waiting 6 weeks before submersing yourself in water such as a pool or bath tub. In the meantime, just take showers. However, consult your surgeon as he/she may have different post op protocols.Regards,
Placing fat either below the muscle or directly into the muscle is unsafe and can lead to life threatening complications. The safe plane is always above the muscle.
