How can I get rid of my underbutt line? My butt seems to be permanently sagging

I have been working hard to lift it, but in doing butt workouts my thighs have bulked out with little improvement in my butt not "sagging". I have permanent "u" under each cheek, including white lines from where the sun doesn't shine. How can I lift it- will sculptra work? BBL? A lift? I am 29 so a lift seems extreme if I won't be able to sit normally in my future or have to keep getting it every 5 years. Is it due to my hip shape, fat or muscle?

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Your have buttock ptosis as evidenced by the lowering and more pronounced infragluteal crease. I would be cautious about liposuction of that area as that can often make it worse. The definitive treatment is a lower buttock lift/tuck and would be appropriate as long as the scar line extends not more lateral than the extent of the crease now.
