Hello and thank you for your question. It is recommended that you consult a board certified plastic surgeon. Each surgeon has their own protocol on HCG diet pre-cooperatively. In my practice, I have my patient's stop their HCG diet 4 weeks prior and 6 weeks after surgery. This will ensure adequate nutrition and healing of the wounds. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question.I suggest waiting 6 weeks before submersing yourself in water such as a pool or bath tub. In the meantime, just take showers. However, consult your surgeon as he/she may have different post op protocols.Regards,
