Restylane vs Juvederm for Acne Scars?

Both Restylane and Juvederm can be used for certain kinds of acne scars with excellent results. There are three different types of acne scars: ice pick, box car, and rolling scars.  Several different treatments are available depending on the type of scarring you have.  Chemical peels, laser resurfacing, or subcision are a few other options. Microneedling is another excellent treatment option for acne scars. It provides long-lasting results and is very effective. The results can be enhanced by using platelet-rich plasma (PRP).  Your dermatologist will determine which treatment (or combination of treatments) is best for you after examining your scars closely.

Restylane and Juvederm Ultra probably will augment to the same extent and depth. Juvederm UltraPlus and Perlane should be used deeper in the dermis.
