Price for good rhinoplasty in Boston?

I am looking to find a qualified surgeon in Boston for a rhinoplasty procedure to remove a dorsal hump on my nose. Upon initial research prices vary significantly between offices and I am having trouble discerning what the average price is for a qualified surgeon. I have been given ranges between $5,000 - $11,000. I am not making a decision soley on price but I want to be making an educated decision in order to pay the most reasonable/best price for quality work. Please help! Thank you.

What you want done is completely up to you.I say a Rhinoplasty which typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult, I think you would be very happy after the surgery

The price varies from doctor to doctor, and that depends on their
regular package prince and their experience in different countries. There are several
price levels that has to do with overhead costs and accommodation cost, that
are more economic from one countries to the other. This does not mean if a surgery
is well or not well done, on the contrary there are excellent doctors all over

The dorsal hump is composed of bone bone and cartilage and must be shaved down to remove it. Osteotomies of the nasal bones will then be required. The rhinoplasty procedure is performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure. The cost of the rhinoplasty is driven by 3 fees, which include time in the operating room, time under anesthesia, and the surgeon's fee for performing the rhinoplasty procedure.  A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish making the required changes.For many examples of dorsal hump removal and our price list, please see link  And the video below

This is a hard question to answer always.  Surgeons usually base their fees on their experience and interest in a particular procedure. The range of prices you have is about right.  I would suggest you see 3 surgeons and see what you think.  I have attached a link below.
