What are my options since FMLA doesn't cover cosmetic surgery?

Hi, I live & work in MA. What are my options in being covered at work? I have at least 8 wks worth of sick days. How do I use this if I can without being penalized at work? I'm interested in BBL & TT. It's my understanding that I won't be covered under FMLA because it's cosmetic reasons only. Thank you

Consult with your company's HR department.  They should be able to advise you.  If you are unable to use sick days you should be able to use vacation time.
