Why are my eyes becoming so asymmetrical? Any idea if I'm suffering from something? (photos)

Within the last year or so, my eyes are seemingly becoming more and more asymmetrical to the point I can't even stand to look in the mirror or take photos. I'm truly wondering if I should see someone to diagnose my issue. I do understand most people's facial features are not perfectly symmetrical but my eyes seem like they're getting quite bad. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello.  I do clearly see the asymmetry you are talking about.  I would highly reccomend seeing an oculoplastic specialist to have measurements taken and also an MRI or CT to look for any other underlying medical issure.

You should get an MRI or CT soon, to assess your Eye Socket and the part of the skull around the Eye Socket.I can see a distinct swelling on your forehead and cheek.All the best

i agree with your observations. The asymmetry also extends into your forehead and cheeks. You are right that you should see someone as this maybe a medical problem.  I would suggest seeing an oculoplastic specialist.  If similar asymmetry is present upon reviewing childhood photos, it is less likely to be a medical problem but many would still recommend an imaging study. You deserve some answers. Best of luck.
