Had Juvederm (not even a full cc) injected into my upper and lower lip 4 days ago. I have a noticeable about of puffiness above my upper lip line and it's giving me sort of a duck look. This happened in the past too. Especially when lights are above, the upper puffiness gets highlighted and the filler looks silly. Why is this happening?

The lips are particularly vulnerable to swelling. For now, as hard as it is, be patient and continue icing your lips. Also, try keeping your head above your heart when you lie down. If, after 2 weeks, you are still looking like this then see your injector.
Hello, Thank you for your question. Bruising is normal, especially in the lips. The doctor may be able to treat the bruise with some laser once the color fades a bit, and this will fade the bruise quicker. Good luck!
