I had a jaw muscle reduction botox yesterday at around 11:00am and 2 hours later I ate a bowl of very spice noodle, which resulted in heavy sweating and face flush. I was wondering if my face flush and heavy sweating could have spread the botox to unwanted place in my face and furthermore other part of my important muscle groups such as breathing or swallowing? Thank you so much for any input!

At this point you should be seeing some results from the Botox you had injected. I would consider another neuromodulator like Dysport to see if that works.

I agree with some of the other doctors answering your question. This is probably a fibroma or lipoma. Typically they are in this location, feel hard and under the muscle. However, this could be a small hematoma from the injection. Most likely you would have had a significant bruise after ...
