My boobs are big but they have deflated a bit after I went down 165 to 150lbs. I want them to be full again. A breast lift would be an option, but that surgery gives you totally new shaped breast and sometimes scars are intense; especially when lifting big boobs I've noticed ( I'm currently a 34dd). I don't mind the boobs hanging, I just want them to be full of milk again lol. Fat transfer an option? breast implant to add volume? I have good upper poles but the breast flattened a bit. Boob lift?

Answer: Can I get fat transfer to make boobs more full after weight loss? (photos) In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites bur fat from other areas can be used. Some of the retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival. Occasionally, a patient can resorb a great deal of the fat despite optimal transfer procedures. I typically transfer from 250 cc to 400 cc or so per breast as about 50% will survive. Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations.

Answer: Fat transfer to breast Breast augmentation can be performed with fat transfer to avoid use of silicone or saline implants. The procedure works well but is limited by available amount of that can be transferred. The procedure starts with body contouring with liposuction. The fat is harvested and preserved in sterile container and transferred to the breasts. You can expect some loss of volume at first but what remains will be permanent.
