Im so happy with my results. My forehead and under eyes look so much better! I smoked in FL for a few years and it aged me like 3 decades. This peel gave me my rightful age back.

I wish I spoke up before hand about some areas on my chin and side of face that I wanted to address. But maybe I’ll just have to try it again some day lol.

Dr. Novo and her staff are all such incredible people.

I just so happened to be on real self so I figured I’d drop her a review 10/10.

Dr. Novo and her staff are really amazing. Unlike some plastic surgeon's office where the staff looks like they have had several procedures, everyone in her office looks great but I have no idea if they have had any assistance!! That to me is a telling story.

I went to Dr. Novo after hearing terrific feedback from a friend who had her breast implants removed by Dr. Novo. I wanted something done to improve aging in my lower face. First I had a lower lift or a mini lift with outstanding results; best yet was I looked great but it was not evident that I had any 'work done'. It was such a natural outcome - I looked the same but no more droopy cheeks or excess skin that had begun to square my lower jaw line.

A few months later I had a CO2 fraxel for skin resurfacing that I like to do about every 5 years. Next came the Hetter Peels - under the eyes and around the mouth (at different times). This was 100% a home run investment. Not the most enjoyable healing process but nothing I have done previously has removed wrinkles, crepey skin, and built collagen like this Peel.

I'm going to continue to grow old as gracefully as possible but, with just a little help, Dr. Novo and her skilled staff are helping me enjoy the journey more in a most natural way.

I am so super excited, terrified, nervous and happy that I am finally going to have a flat tummy! I have lost 65 pounds with hard work, healthy eating, and lots of exercise. I have about 3.5 weeks to go, so I am getting ready by educating myself, cleaning LOL, and I already purchased an extra binder, button up pajamas and Im going to get the walker. I have read so many reviews and they have all been so helpful. I am not sure how to use this site, other than to read everyone elses. I will add more pictures before surgery and definitely afterwards!!

Not sure if this is a duplicate. Sorry if it is! I am scheduled in 3 weeks for a Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift with back boob lipo, and a Monsplexy. Im super excited!!! Finally to see all my hard work being paid off. I have lost 65 pounds so far. I will attach more photos as we get closer!!

I am now scheduled for July 27, 2020 and I’m so excited. This is going to be such an amazing reward for hard work! I’m all ready thanks to you all!!! Dr Novo has been so accommodating and I feel completely at ease with her! I will post a review and post op pictures when I’m home.

I have been too nervous to take off my faja. I’m sore and getting up and down is so hard. Gas???? No one ever mentioned that. I’m having a hard time with that. I have one drain and I go back to the doc in 2 days so it will probably come out Monday. It’s already draining clear

I fee much better today. I can walk almost upright! I’m still really swollen so I haven’t taken many pictures. I love my new boobies! I can tell my stomach is going to be flat and my belly button is cute! I can’t wait to take more pictures

So today I actually feel human. Only taking Tylenol and muscle relaxer. I don’t feel any discomfort except drain area and it comes out tomorrow. I took a couple side by side pics and I’m so far pretty excited. I’m still really swollen. On the sides and lower belly/pubic area

Absolutely feeling great. Just pushing through the swollen tightness we get every day. I am so happy. Dr Novo told me she removed 5 pounds of fat and skin so on my one week follow up I weighed myself out of curiosity......I’m down 10 pounds! And that’s still with being swollen. My lower abdomen and fupa are still swollen and really tight so standing up straight isn’t possible yet but close. I have no pain but take Tylenol when I go to bed just because I know my body is going to wanna roll over. Yikes!!!! I am so so happy with Dr Novo and her team!!!!

Well I’m on PO day 10 and I feel really good today. I’m still really swollen. Didn’t realize my lower back was so swollen. I guess from lying down yesterday from 12 hours after working all day.....I know I know. Full day wasn’t the brightest idea. But I’m so happy!

Dr Novo and her team have remained absolutely amazing, positive, caring and I am so grateful! I am one week post op and already so happy with the results My experience has been amazing I was lucky and really didn’t experience any pain but just mild discomfort. The swelling and tightness is probably the hardest part but that eases up as time goes by. She is wonderful and her experience shows. I’m absolutely happy with my scar placement and my cute little belly button. Not to mention my now perky breasts!!!! Yessssss!

"Dr. Novo and her staff are all magnificent. From the first day I walked through their door to meet Dr. Novo and through my surgery, every visit since has made me feel very cared for. Every staff member makes you feel so welcomed. They truly care for every patient. I've been referring many woman to Dr. Novo for the same procedure that I had (Explant w/lift) I suffered from breast Implant Illness and needed my implants out. Dr. Novo did an incredible job removing my implants and gave me an absolutely beautiful lift. I've shared my photos with my facebook group and so many woman have asked for Dr. Novo's name and # so they can consult with her about possibly having the same procedure!

I am 46 years old with 15 year old 300 cc saline implants placed under the muscle. I am currently 5' 1" and weigh 112 lbs. Prior to breast augmentation I was a 32 A and post augmentation a 32C. After nursing 2 kids, I am now a 32DD. I never wanted my boobs to be this big and they have become very uncomfortable over the years. I hate them! I am very self conscious about them and do all I can to hide them under clothes.
Over the past few years I have developed upper back and neck pain along with shortness of breath when lying down. Sometimes it feels like I can't take a deep breath. After a very thorough medical workup that was completely negative, I started to think my implants along with their excess weight on my chest might be the cause of my symptoms.
When I got my implants, I never thought about the fact that I would most likely have to get them redone. 15 years later I can say, hindsight is definitely 20/20. I wish I would never have gotten them done.
After my initial appointment with Dr. Novo, I knew she was the one I wanted to remove my implants. I loved that she did not try to talk me into smaller implants. She listened to me and my reasons for wanting them out. She was supportive of my decision and very thorough in her explanation of the surgery, the recovery time and what to expect. She will remove the implants along with a capsulectomy and do a lift via a keyhole incision. Dr. Novo is extremely warm and she and her staff have a wonderful bedside manner. It is no wonder she has such great reviews!
I have read so many brave women's posts on this sight which helped ease my fear of having this surgery. I am so much more comfortable in my own skin at this age. I look forward to wearing little tank tops again and saying goodbye to bras with thick straps and underwire. I am ready to feel like myself again!
My surgery is scheduled for 3/11/19. I am nervous and excited at the same time. I will keep you updated and will post pre and post-op pictures once I can get them to upload.

I am so happy to have those implants out! It turns out that the surgeon who did my implants overfilled the 300cc implants to 400cc without ever telling me. I had my post-op appointment this morning and so far everything is going well! My biggest issue was nausea, but that always happens to me with anesthesia. Dr. Novo used Exparel which is a long acting non-opioid pain medication that is placed to the surgical area and helps with pain relief for up to a few days. I have minor discomfort, but have only needed extra strength Tylenol so far. I took one dose of nausea medicine last night, but haven’t needed any today. I am already up and about and feeling pretty good.

They are swollen and sore, but not painful. The extra lines are from the compression bra which is quite tight. I’m excited to see how they heal over time. I have scoured this sight for years, reading many posts and looking at pictures, working up the courage to explant. Now I want to pay it forward.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week since my surgery. I had my one week follow up today with Dr. Novo and everything seems to be healing as it should. The initial upper chest swelling I had has resolved. The lower portion of my breasts are still a little swollen and bruised, but it continues to improve daily. I surprisingly have more breast tissue than I did before my implants. I love how soft they feel!!! Im looking forward to how they will look once they have settled a bit more. Once the glue flakes off, I have been cleared to start using the scar gel. I never needed any of the narcotic pain medication that I was prescribed. The pain has been very minimal and much better than I anticipated only requiring Tylenol. I feel so good that I have to remind myself to take it easy. The best part has been lying down to read my kids a book without getting short of breath from the weight of my implants. I definitely feel like I am ready to go back to work tomorrow. I am so thankful for this site and all the courageous women who have posted their stories. I was so nervous about having this done and now I don’t know why I waited so long. I’m happy to be free of those things and ready to embrace my much smaller boobies. I feel like me again! :) I will post pics later today.

It’s been almost 6 weeks since my explant and lift and I feel fabulous! It has been a while so I though I would post updated pictures. My neck and upper back pain is so much better and I’ve been working to correct my posture as well. My left breast incision opened a bit at the T, but I never needed antibiotics and it is now almost completely filled in. My surgeon gave me nectar to put on it which has worked wonders. I also started using Silagen scar gel. I was concerned that that open area would leave an ugly scar, but Dr. Novo has assured me that it will look great and I absolutely trust her. She has been accessible to me 24/7 whenever I’ve had any concerns or questions. She plans to laser the area in 2-3 weeks to minimize the scar. I can now wear regular bras during the day, but the post op compression bras at night or another 4 weeks. I can’t wait until next week when I can start working out again!

Dr. Novo's practice is a well run, efficient operation. I was impressed by their attention to detail, and the effort they made to ensure I was comfortable and had all of my questions answered prior to the procedure.

The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. They communicated clearly and thoroughly both pre- and post care information regarding recovery and limitations. I also received a series of reminders of my appointment to ensure there were no changes in my schedule which I overlooked.

I had a laser procedure for sun damaged skin, and Dr. Novo explained what was going to take place, what she was doing during the procedure, and made sure I understood the procedure for skin care along with post-procedure limitations.

Dr. Novo provided everything I could want, or would expect from a physician. I recommend her without hesitation, and hold her and her practice in the highest regard.

Dr. Novo makes you feel like you are her only patient. She is compassionate and kind and puts every fear at ease. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I never felt like I was being ”unsold”...she truly looks at each individual need and makes recommendations for the patient to be their best self. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She is absolutely my doctor of choice, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Last fall I had an erbium laser treatment performed by Dr. Novo. This was my first experience with any type of laser treatment. Dr. Novo was caring, gentle & knowledgeable. She performed the treatment herself & was available for all of my follow-up. I am very happy with my results - glowing skin, smoother texture & no more noticeable redness. Dr. Novo is professional & I highly recommend her.

Dr Novo is the kindest, most down to earth person. She has a manner that just puts you at ease. I think what impresses me most is that if you’re not pleased with the results of a procedure, she will do everything about making it right. She sincerely wants her client to be happy with the outcome. I truly admire how much of a perfectionist she is when it comes to satisfying her patient. Thank you Dr Novo for making me look healthier & younger!

A few months ago when going for routine botox retouch, I told Dr. Novo (Dermatology and Plastic Surgery of Melbourne, Florida) I was considering getting cheek injections (look iiquid lift) because my frown lines were increasing and I felt my jaw line skin was getting loser. She suggested I get the Fraxel CO2 Laser instead because it would tighten the skin, erase wrinkles and even out in y freckle sun damaged skin. I was skeptical for a second because I had not heard of it, but I trust Dr. Novo. So, that day I put down my 50% deposit and decided to commit (because often I chicken out with these things). And I am so glad I did!!
The procedure itself takes about 1 hour. I had Fraxel laser on both face and neck. You must get there at least 1 hour early to get the topical anesthetic on to numb your skin. Even so, the laser felt like a hundred hot needles poking my face. She turned it down a bit, but explained it had to be necessarily aggressive to get results. So the pain was just on the edge of tolerable for me. I got through it just fine. Then the nurse slathered me up with some cream, and I was on my way.
The burn sensation lasted about 1 hour after the treatment (like a sunburn feeling) but I took some Tylenol and felt fine later. Totally slept through the night. I followed the after care instructions with vinegar solution compresses and Aquaphor. The vinegar soaks really help reduce redness and itching.
I am now 5 days post treatment as and already LOVE the results. I looked a bit hideous with goop and peeling days 3-4 after treatment but I am feeling happy with the way my skin looks on day 5. I have posted pics and all are with no makeup, just the Aquaphor on face.

10 days after treatment my skin is looking great. I am back to regular skincare routine and using a mineral based sunblock. I was told it will take at least 30 days to see full results but so far I am happy with the new look.
