I know this is a relatively new procedure, it seems it doesn't always last very long, and you cannot go a lot larger. I am an 'A' cup, and maybe not quite that! Very flat chested since breastfeeding two children, but luckily not saggy, just zero tissue. I'd like the perfect 'C' cup of course!

Answer: Size With most fat transfers, you may achieve one half to one cup in size. The smaller your breast is, the less fat it can hold. The fat has to be transferred into breast tissue, not just under the skin. If you want a C cup, you might do better with implants.

Answer: How much bigger can one go when using a fat transfer method for Breast Augmentation? (Photos) In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites bur fat from other areas can be used. Some of the retention rate will depend upon the amount of fat transferred, as smaller volumes will likely have a higher survival. Occasionally, a patient can resorb a great deal of the fat despite optimal transfer procedures. I typically transfer from 250 cc to 400 cc or so per breast. Thinner patients are outstanding candidates in my opinion, because the fat transferred is extremely resistant. Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations. You would need a consultation with a board certified PS who is an expert to fat transfer to determine the available fat stores.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Dreamingofchange31, Fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. However, you are right, fat transfer can increase the size of breasts for one bra cup size so you will most likely be B cup. You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfer Fat transfer varies between every patient. You must have enough fat on your body to be harvested and then transferred to the desired area. Also, Fat transfer is typically done to going up half a size to one cup size. I would recommend doing an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
