I know this is a relatively new procedure, it seems it doesn't always last very long, and you cannot go a lot larger. I am an 'A' cup, and maybe not quite that! Very flat chested since breastfeeding two children, but luckily not saggy, just zero tissue. I'd like the perfect 'C' cup of course!
Answer: Fat transfer Fat transfer varies between every patient. You must have enough fat on your body to be harvested and then transferred to the desired area. Also, Fat transfer is typically done to going up half a size to one cup size. I would recommend doing an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to develop an appropriate treatment plan.

Answer: Size With most fat transfers, you may achieve one half to one cup in size. The smaller your breast is, the less fat it can hold. The fat has to be transferred into breast tissue, not just under the skin. If you want a C cup, you might do better with implants.
