Hello, thank you for your question.  I generally counsel my patients that a cleavage can be deepened (and therefore enhanced), but it cannot be narrowed. The space between your breasts is determined by your breast tissue, muscles, and breast bone. There is a limit to how close breast implants can or should be placed in order to have an overall good result. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in synmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. That being said, the right amount of pocket dissection and implant selection can create excellent cleavage. Also, fat grafting might be an option to improve your cleavage. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Fat Transfer can be used to improve wide cleavage, but usually if there is a large space between your breast it is determined by your anatomy for example the bony width of your sternum, (the central bone in the middle of you chest where your ribs attach). It is unsafe to dissect or place implants over this bone, or it will lead to undesired synmastia. A push up bra usually brings the breasts closer together for "cleavage". I would suggest seeing a plastic surgeon so that you can explore options.

Thank you for your question. I often help women achieve a more pleasing cleavage area with fat grafting. It will never correct it completely but does make a very nice improvement.  Be sure consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who does a large number of fat transfer cases.

Yes, fat grafting can be used to help define better cleavage if you have donor fat available. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon.
