Yes, fat grafting can be used to help define better cleavage if you have donor fat available. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon.

Hello, thank you for your question.  I generally counsel my patients that a cleavage can be deepened (and therefore enhanced), but it cannot be narrowed. The space between your breasts is determined by your breast tissue, muscles, and breast bone. There is a limit to how close breast implants can or should be placed in order to have an overall good result.
