I am 18days PO after augmentation to correct my tubular shape and increase the size slightly. While I am pleased with the achieved symmetry I am disheartened by the artificial look and rippling. Implants are 255cc round, over the muscle - choices were made because I'm an athlete depending on my pecs heavily and get a lot of chest compression. What kind of result do you think I could achieve with fat grafting w/o changing the implants? I am 5'4 at 100lbs and worried about fat availability.

Answer: Early result thank you for thisplease bear in mind you are very early in your recovery period and you must be patient. You have a unique anatomy with asymmetry and have had good discussions with your surgeon. I am sure they discussed the risks and complications with you.The early result looks excellent and will continue to settle over the weeks and months. Sadly rippling happens in every patient with implants although you are more likely to see it in very slim patients with a thin skin envelopeThere is always an option of fat transfer down the line and this is something you can discuss in due courseGood luck with you recovery!

Answer: Breasts Right now you are very early in your healing phase and need to give yourself time for the swelling to subside and the tissues relax. In about 5 months, then you can realistically evaluate your breasts and see if you prefer any changes.
