Making implants look more natural: What to expect from lipofilling?

I think lipo filling for the breasts would be a very hit or miss type of procedure.    If is is successful at all it will likely be only minimally so.  You need to balance that against the cost.  You already have a nice result.  I wouldn’t mess with it.

It's too early in your recovery to jump to conclusions about the size of the implants, the artificial look, and rippling.  The final results won’t appear until after you have healed completely and the swelling from the surgery subsides. Swelling dissipation can take from weeks to several months.  Try not to judge the final result until the implants drop which depends upon so many factors, including level of dissection, laxity of tissues, size of implant, size of patient, etc.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 18 days  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

thank you for thisplease bear in mind you are very early in your recovery period and you must be patient. You have a unique anatomy with asymmetry and have had good discussions with your surgeon. I am sure they discussed the risks and complications with you.The early result looks excellent and will continue to settle over the weeks and months. Sadly rippling happens in every patient with implants although you are more likely to see it in very slim patients with a thin skin envelopeThere is always an option of fat transfer down the line and this is something you can discuss in due courseGood luck with you recovery!

Right now you are very early in your healing phase and need to give yourself time for the swelling to subside and the tissues relax. In about 5 months, then you can realistically evaluate your breasts and see if you prefer any changes.
