To achieve the changes you are looking for in your nasal profile, you would need to 1) narrow the upper portion of your nose, 2) elevate the bridge of your nose, usually done by adding cartilage grafts, 3) narrow the width of your nostrils, 4) increase the projection as well as the definition of the tip of your nose.  To achieve this would also require cartilage grafts and you should understand it is more difficult to get refinement of the nasal tip in blacks, hispanics and middle eastern patients, as they naturally have thicker tissues in the nasal tip.  See a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss in detail what could be accomplished.

You would benefit from narrowing of the base (nostrils) and enhancing the bridge which would lead to a nose that on profile projects more from the level of the cheeks. Such a procedure is sometimes called "augmentation rhinoplasty".

The rhinoplasty procedure can  accomplished  your goals of narrowing the wide bridge, narrowing the tip and narrowing the  flared nostril.  to accomplish narrowing the wide nasal bones, osteotomies will be required. In addition, adding height to the bridge will also help with narrowness and this is accomplished with cartilaginous dorsal grafting techniques. A tip rhinoplasty would be required to narrow the tip which involves suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages. An alar plasty is performed to narrow wide nostrils and this involved taking out a small wedge of skin at the base of the nostrils.  

You look like an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. Narrowing of the nose and providing more dorsal height and tip projection  may be what you need. Best to be seen in person.

You will never look European; however, with the placement of cartilage grafts from your nasal septum on the top of your nose and in the tip of your nose you can have a higher profile and a more defined nasal tip.  Your nostrils will also need to be narrowed.  I have attached a link.
