I had septorhino 32 days ago. septum corrected. Tip raised. Cartilage grafts used. And 28 days post op my husband accidentally hit my nose tip with his head. It didnt hurt or bleed but the force bent my tip to the left at the moment. And i felt something moved. i have throbbing pain and stiffness on the left side of tip. I think the grafts moved because tip is slightly bent to the left. Or is it swelling? Im going to see a surgeon on monday. Can it be fixed without surgery by palpation?

Answer: Is almost impossible to shift aCartilage tip graft a month after the operation.
A rhinoplasty will not change the appearance of protruding lips. This issue is repaired with a procedure called cheiloplasty. If anything, making the nose smaller may make the lips appear larger. From here, I would recommend the following:1) Sharing photos2) Obtaining an opinion from a board...
Most rhinoplasty patients do not complain about a lot of pain especially if a nasal packing is not used. Without an examination it would be difficult to pinopoint your problem.
I would heal fully from the buttock augmentation prior to undergoing any other procedures. Several days is too soon, consider at least 4-6 weeks at the earliest.
