How much pain is normal 2 weeks post op rhinoplasty?

How much pain is normal 2 weeks post rhinoplasty/turbinectomy? I also had a tip reduction, graft in the tip and graft in one nostril. I, as to be expected, have alot of swelling still, but also have been experiencing some throbbing pain and achyness, mostly on the side where graft was inserted in nostril and of turbinectomy. I also have some pain along the nose, in sinus area. Is this normal 2 weeks post op and how soon should I expect for it to subside?

I would heal fully from the buttock augmentation prior to undergoing any other procedures.  Several days is too soon, consider at least 4-6 weeks at the earliest.

A through and through septal perforation of a years duration is unlikely to heal on itself, if asymptomatic it  can be left alone
