I am 6 months post op and have been getting super uncomfortable charlie horses in my abd muscle. Only thing that helps is putting on a girdle for compression. My surgeon has no idea what it could be. Help!!!

Liposuction of the calves are usually followed by persistent swelling which can last for months. The lumps and irregularities you are seeing may still improve as you heal through the next few months. The best course of action would be to wait for around 6 months before concluding your results....
