not happy with the results, I was looking for a natural shape but obviously bigger than what I was, but its being 4 weeks and butt got so much smaller is almost the same size than before, with clothes on, there is not a difference, and it will probably get smaller over the time :( what should I do now? Im a small person I don't really have any fat left to do a second round other than my arms, i didn't get lipo there is that a possibility? and if so, will be worth it?

Answer: I'm not happy with my BBL result. What should I do? About 20 to 30% of the BBLs I perform in a given month are revisions of previous attempts. I would have to see pictures of other areas of your body or examine you, but most revisions make a very big difference. Select a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs each year, has good reviews, and has good before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Answer: BBL Revision I am so sorry to hear about your disappointment in results from your previous surgery. Typically waiting at least 3-6 months to evaluate yourself or for another surgeon to do so, is the best way to get a grasp of what can be done. I have found that after using fat grafting strictly from the arms, the fat isn't as hearty as the fat from abdomen and flanks. The alternative are buttock implants. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to narrow down a plan to revise after you've fully healed so you can get the results you desire!
