It has been 6 months and 20 days since my FUE where I had 1200 grafts planted on a relatively small area in my hairline and I see a very patchy result. Also my left side hair is growing faster than right

Just be patient. The hair growth at his stage may occur at irregular rates, with differences between the temporal regions and with some hairs coarser, finer, darker, or lighter in colour. In most instances, this eventually normalises, as the growth of the transplanted hair might take 12 or more months to complete.
