Very Happy Customer
I did my first FUT procedure with Dr. Diep's clinic (Medical Hair Transplants and Aesthetics in Los Gatos) back in September of 2025. He explained everything properly before hand and during the day of. Best part was he set my expectations properly. Told me the first procedure would take care of hairline and I will probably be happy but will feel like I could use more coverage over the crown. He explained I might be happy and not want to do a second procedure or I might want to

It Was Time...
Two years ago, I decided it was time to do something about my receding hairline. I did research on transplant methods and decided the FUT (strip method) would be best for me. I interviewed four different transplant doctors in the SF Bay Area, and the 4th doctor informed me that he didn't do the FUT method, so I felt he would be unbiased in his opinion as to which doctor I should choose. He actually told me that the FUT method would be the best method for me--even though he didn't

100% Satisfied with My Hair Transplant
I had tried so many different treatments, shampoos, and products for my hair loss, and after spending a lot of money without seeing results, I decided to look into hair transplants. I was skeptical at first, and the cost was definitely a major factor. During my consultation, Dr. Diep was very confident that a hair transplant was the right option for me. It was still a big decision since there are no guarantees, but I decided to move forward. The healing process wasn’t easy,

Expert Hair Replacement Surgeon
I started looking at hair transplants when my wife suggested it (hint, hint). I was tentative at first, do I really need this? Will it make that big of a difference? (yes, and yes). I did a lot of research and consults before I made a decision, and I feel like that decision was not only the right one, but life-changing. My experience with MHTA and Dr Diep is all positive: From the initial consultation where I got a good feel for Dr Diep, his knowledge, experience, and confidence,

2 Year Post Op
I am in love with my results! It’s been 2 years since I had my surgery. Before finding Dr. Diep I was researching doctors after seeing his results with female traction Alopecia I finally decided to book with him. I have my confidence back and my hair continues to grow full in the front. From 18 years to 28 I was covering my head or wouldn’t style because my bald parts would show. I was so insecure and always felt like I looked older because of thinning hair in the front. My hair

Best Hair Transplant in Bay Area
Dr. Diep came referred to me from my brother-in-law and he did not disappoint. He's best at what he does in the Bay Area. I am 59 years old and thought I might be too old for the procedure which was not the case. You're never too old for more hair. Thank you.

Hair Transplant
I had my hair transplant done on April 30th, 2024. I waited about a year to let my hair grow in to complete this review. My hair growth over this period has been awesome! I look great and a lot younger and I’m an older guy who just turned 60. Dr. Diep is the best and he and his staff are easy to talk with, responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. The procedure took 12 hours and recuperation was a few days of down time but well worth the inconvenience. I strongly
