Can we get laser treatments on face after FUE hair transplant?

How soon can we get let's say a Fraxel treatment for acne scars while recovering from FUE procedure? Does collagen induction/remodeling in the face affect grafts in any way? This is because some FUE transplant surgeons discourage the use of minoxidil prior to surgery out of many concerns including a collagen remodeling effect. Would love to know your thoughts.
