I have some bones protruding in the forehead. Is this possible to treat? (Photo)

my head is long and narrow. I have these bones sticking out since im a kid never went to doctors and didnt get any remarks from doctors when i was a kid. Is it craniosynostosis? Is it possible to treat it in my case? What is the difficulty and cost of such operations if they are possible?
