Which type of doctor would be able to tighten loose skin on the skull?

Hi :) I was wondering what type of doctor would u say to go to for a loose scalp ( trying my best to describe, I have skin that's extremely loose on head I believe from pulling and tugging at head from past trauma . And it moves a lot and causes my hairline to be messed up and lower neck and front neck to sag to . I think my skull might be broken bc if I open my mouth it's like sideways . Do you know what doctor to see ? Thank you

I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in facial surgery. A full evaluation including evaluation of the eyes is important to see what asymmetries truly exist.
