Most guys have a moderate slope of the forehead meanwhile mine is flat. It also bulges out at the sides significantly. I think its the frontal bone and not the temporalis muscle. My forehead is also tall. I am considering a scalp advancement and maybe a hairline transplant. However, I very much would like to normalize the shape of my forehead as well. My hair has thinned a bit but it only looks this bed right now because I’ve shed from finasteride. My hairline is mostly where it has always been.
